In September and October, the NCBI Eukaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline released new annotations in RefSeq for the following organisms:
- Crassostrea virginica (eastern oyster)
- Enhydra lutris kenyoni (sea otter)
- Delphinapterus leucas (beluga whale)
- Brassica napus (rape)
- Astyanax mexicanus (Mexican tetra)
- Seriola dumerili (greater amberjack)
- Varroa destructor (honeybee mite)
- Vigna radiata (mung bean)
- Setaria italica (foxtail millet)
- Varroa jacobsoni (mite)
- Stylophora pistillata (stony coral)
- Durio zibethinus (durian)
