March-April 2019 RefSeq eukaryotic annotations

In March and April, the NCBI Eukaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline released new annotations in RefSeq for the following organisms:

  • Apis cerana (Asiatic honeybee)
  • Camellia sinensis (black tea)
  • Dendronephthya gigantea (soft coral)
  • Denticeps clupeoides (denticle herring)
  • Diabrotica virgifera virgifera (western corn rootworm)
  • Erpetoichthys calabaricus (reedfish)
  • Exaiptasia pallida (sea anemone)
  • Glycine soja (wild soybean)
  • Gouania willdenowi (blunt-snouted clingfish)
  • Grammomys surdaster (rodent)
  • Macaca mulatta (Rhesus monkey)
  • Ornithorhynchus anatinus (platypus)
  • Ostrinia furnacalis (Asian corn borer)
  • Parambassis ranga (Indian glassy fish)
  • Perca flavescens (yellow perch)
  • Peromyscus leucopus (white-footed mouse)
  • Phyllostomus discolor (pale spear-nosed bat)
  • Physeter catodon (sperm whale)
  • Podarcis muralis (common wall lizard)
  • Prosopis alba (algarrobo blanco)
  • Zeugodacus cucurbitae (melon fly)
