April 2020 RefSeq annotations: bottlenose dolphin, killer whale, bumble bee and more

In April, the NCBI Eukaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline released new annotations in RefSeq for the following organisms:

  • Drosophila busckii (fly)
  • Drosophila mauritiana (fly)
  • Drosophila miranda (fly)
  • Drosophila pseudoobscura (fly)

  • Fukomys damarensis (Damara mole-rat)
  • Geotrypetes seraphini (caecilian)
  • Lacerta agilis (lizard)
  • Mastacembelus armatus (zig-zag eel)
