Join us to learn how to use the new NCBI Foreign Contamination Screen (FCS) tool suite to identify and remove contaminants from your genome assemblies. FCS has two components: FCS-adaptor searches for adaptors commonly used in genome sequencing methods, and FCS-GX searches for sequences corresponding to foreign organisms. You will see examples of how to run FCS in the cloud.
