November and December 2018 RefSeq annotations – hybrid cattle, cheetah, fly & more

In November and December, the NCBI Eukaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline released new annotations in RefSeq for the following organisms:

  • Abrus precatorius (Indian licorice)
  • Acinonyx jubatus (cheetah)
  • Anas platyrhynchos (mallard)
  • Bos indicus x Bos taurus (hybrid cattle)
  • Cicer arietinum (chickpea)
  • Coffea arabica (coffee)
  • Coffea eugenioides (eudicots)
  • Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (European house dust mite)
  • Drosophila erecta (fly)
  • Drosophila persimilis (fly)
  • Electrophorus electricus (electric eel)
  • Eulimnadia texana (crustacean)
  • Lagenorhynchus obliquidens (Pacific white-sided dolphin)
  • Larimichthys crocea (large yellow croaker)
  • Ooceraea biroi (clonal raider ant)
  • Penaeus vannamei (Pacific white shrimp)
  • Pocillopora damicornis (stony coral)
  • Tachysurus fulvidraco (yellow catfish)
  • Zalophus californianus (California sea lion)
