Recently, the NCBI Eukaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline has released new annotations in RefSeq for the following organisms:

  • Acropora millepora (stony coral)
  • Acyrthosiphon pisum (pea aphid)
  • Antrostomus carolinensis (chuck-will’s-widow)
  • Arachis hypogaea (peanut)
  • Bactrocera dorsalis (oriental fruit fly)

  • Diachasma alloeum (wasp)
