I am trying to create a revised CV for a new NSF proposal submission. I create a new CV using an older version to fill in most of the fields, BUT I cannot edit the Products (Publications). Is this a glitch in the system? Do I simply need to start with a blank form and add all that information again?

how do i certify my cv so i can download it. I’ve filled all the fields, it is under the 2 page limit in draft view, but the download button says i need to certify it
